Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Connexus Technology, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We provide IT staff augmentation, digital transformation consulting, data management, and Life Science solutions on a project or time-and-materials basis.

All work is governed by a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur fees.

We reserve the right to refuse service if it violates our policies or applicable laws.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
