Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy Connexus Technology provides professional IT consulting, staff augmentation, and digital transformation services. Because our services are custom and delivered digitally, we do not offer returns of completed work. Refunds and Cancellations: All sales of services are final unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract. Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 14 business days before the start of services. Refunds, if approved, will be issued minus any non-refundable setup fees and work already performed.
